Produced/Shot 4 models, crew, story boards, location scouting, contracts, budget mngmt, communication, call sheet, editing, all aspects other than model selection (side note: had to pump breast milk in my car at the time, so that stands out in my mind as an “I’ll do anything for a great job” moment)

Nothing is better than posts like this! I was co-producer & photographer and managed the environment (thanks to Ava Lucas, my lovely client)

3+ years of Producing and Shooting for Rocket Dog. A-Z Production, starting with team meetings, acting as agent and bank, finding/securing locations, staying on budget, finding/booking models and crew, organizing shoot details, ordering food, shot lists, call sheets, editing, archiving, post production.

Your audience has one of these 3 reactions to each ad or post they see: 1. stupid or 2. cool or 3. un-memorable. So each campaign/shoot must take a risk to get in to the cool or stupid category, or we are wasting your money.

Call Sheets

Make it simple

Make it clear

Most importantly, get confirmation from everyone that they got it

115 degrees outside. And RV and 2 cars that drove 120 mins outside of town. Permit for the location and production that had to keep the safety of us all in mind first.

Produced over 25 Celebrity and Fashion shoots for Razor Magazine: Production and Photography. This shoot required mobile RV from Quixote with AC for shooting at El Mirage Dry Lakebed in 110 degrees. Crew, talent, location permits, budget, bank, food, gas, editing, archiving, post, and anything in between … including 5 models rightfully complaining it was too hot to wear faux fur

Many years of producing models or actors/actresses photo shoots on location, with multiple changes, a crew of hair/make up/styling, places to change and ways to avoid a permit, or get a permit. Everything from parking, food, weather issues, rate negotiations, and contracts. Ending with post work, finding multiple places to publish or republish the images, and keeping track of the time restraints on the contracts. A-Z and then some!

Many celebrity portraits produced and shot by me. Hiring crew, working with publicists and magazine editors, finding locations, getting contracts and approvals, and managing the final product/retouching and output

Celebrity Shoot Produced for SEXEE Mag - contracts for crew (requested by Platform PR) - budget, file mngmnt, magazine communication, location/food/call sheets etc

Oded Fehr for Razor Magazine - Celebrity shoot at Theatre in LA - Produced, Directed, Photographed. Crew, location, budget, bank, call sheets, post work, delivery

Producing at the basic level is organizing and communicating. I do more. I want to create the environments where some magic is likely to happen.
